Return window

You can return an item within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, items must be unused and in their original packaging.

How to return something

Email us with your order number and which items you want to return, and we will send instructions. Please do not send anything back before contacting us.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and has been checked, we refund the purchase price to the original payment method. It usually appears within five to ten business days.

Original shipping is refunded only where an item arrived damaged or was sent in error.

Damaged or incorrect items

If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund it in full, including shipping.
