Shipping policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Cost

Shipping is a flat $5.99 per order, and free on orders over $75. The cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Timing

Orders are dispatched within one to two business days. Delivery usually takes a further five to twelve business days depending on your address.

You will receive an email with tracking when the parcel is handed to the carrier. Tracking can take up to a day to show movement.

Problems with delivery

If a parcel is marked delivered but has not arrived, check with anyone else at the address first, then contact us and we will open an enquiry with the carrier.
